Born in Lima, Peru, and of Italian ancestry, Elizabeth’s love for the fine art of cooking was influenced by Peruvian and Italian cuisine. Soon she began mastering techniques and styles from all across the globe.
Sculpting, painting, and music were the first childhood loves that developed the creativity she now applies in creating cakes and food. At age 22 Elizabeth established a small café and was soon contracted by a business neighbor to assume full responsibility of their cafeteria catering three meals a day to their 2,500 employees. Never settling, Elizabeth later established a cosmetic manufacturing industry, where she formulated, designed and manufactured creams, lipsticks, eye shadows, and a complete line of beauty products.
After immigrating to the United States, Elizabeth attended formal culinary school to perfect her skills and after graduating founded her own catering company, specializing not only the culinary arts, but also in cakes, pastries, flowers, and decorations for weddings and corporate events.
“My clients trust me completely,” Elizabeth says, “I always try to exceed my client’s expectations. I know what they like and expect and together we make the decisions for the entire event. When it is a wedding, I work as if it was my own daughter or son’s special day.”
